From Freshman to Graduate Students
The need is here for a program like MSP. Our applicant pool consisted of Freshman (10%), Sophomore (17%), Junior (22%), Senior (31%), and Graduate Student (20%). Every applicant was “dreaming of a program like this” and they finally found it.

Training and Execution
We selected 17 amazing scholars, utilizing our strategic localization model, from schools across Louisiana, primarily in New Orleans where Super Bowl LIX occurred. Training with CGC network workforce development contacts and the city of New Orleans allowed our Scholars to be “standout talent” and “amazing participants” at Super Bowl LIX.
Official Host Committee Member for Super Bowl LIX
CGC served as an official Host Committee member with New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX in 2025, playing a key role in supporting the city’s delivery of one of the world’s largest sporting events. Being a Host Committee member means partnering with the NFL and local leaders to manage logistics, enhance fan experiences, and showcase the culture of the host city. This involvement also creates opportunities for local businesses, community engagement, and lasting economic impact beyond the game itself.
Super Bowl LIX Opening Night
For Super Bowl LIX opening night, Media Scholars were on the field capturing live action and behind-the-scenes content. Their presence allowed them to document the excitement, engage with NFL personnel, and create professional-quality media for their portfolios. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Apple Music Press Conference
Our Scholars had the rare chance to land press passes to the Apple Music Press Conference at Super Bowl LIX, where they had a chance to be in the room with all major press outlets and networks to hear from the one and only Kendrick Lamar - ahead of his groundbreaking halftime show performance.
Scholars Make a Statement
Our Scholars have gained impactful content and coverage across these organizations and outlets - participating in coverage or the outlets covering the Media Scholars Program after experiencing “some of the best student media scholars we have ever experienced at an event this large with so many celebrities”.
100% Placement
Following the program, 100% of our Media Scholars successfully secured internships with leading organizations in media, sports, and entertainment. This outcome reflects both the strength of their training and the value of the professional networks they built through the program.
